EVENTS

• The Dartmouth Climate Alliance offers a range of in-person and online events that explore some of the aspects of climate change as it affects our lives, from career advice to health impacts to searching for hope. 

• In-person meetups and roundtables let people connect with others in their geographic area who share a commitment to climate action

• Virtual learning sessions feature alumni and/or Dartmouth personnel with unique expertise and perspectives

CAMPAIGNS

We also spearhead campaigns that help advance Dartmouth's climate commitment. For example:

• Encouraging members to nominate alumni trustee candidates who have shown a commitment to climate action in their personal or professional lives.

• Recommending that Dartmouth Connect add "Climate" as an industry and create a Climate group. Done! 

• Advocating for classes and the College's reunion organizers to reduce the carbon footprint of on-campus reunions. Some of these changes were implemented in Summer 2025; more will be added in future years.
